The rockets work by pressurizing air (or water) inside and letting that air (or water) out. Designing a rocket is all about air resistance. You want to add as much stabilization and air resistance as possible. You can add these things by adding nose cones, fairing, and fins to the rocket. Newton's laws are involved with the rocket because an object at motion stays at motion unless acted by an outside force, which would be gravity in this case, force is mass times acceleration, which would be the rockets mass times the amount of pressure, and finally for every reaction theres an equal and opposite reaction, the bottle launching but letting its pressurized air or water out. The revisions from first draft to second is a more stable cone and sturdier fins.
