I took a huge role and workload during the watershed project. It’s been really really hard but I’m glad I’ve taken so many tasks. I’m leading the largest group in the class and have given myself more individual work than previously anticipated. It's been hard but very rewarding. I set really high standards for myself which really drive me to create good work. That's what I did by doing so many jobs and leading so many people. I think of myself as a natural leader, but this project has made me more of a leader than I’ve ever been. I’ve had to push myself and others, but in a constructive way. Everyone is working like a machine and I take a lot of pride in that. I’m proud of my team and the products we’ve created together. Everyone’s done a great job and it's awesome to see that. These people have such a good will to work and are great to work with. I’ve had the privilege of doing little piece of everyone's work, which has allowed me to know all the research and work being done. I’ve seen my team work through ups and downs and hope to have more groups like this in the future. We’ve created small things that all work together harmoniously. I personally think this is one of the best groups I’ve had during my high school career.
